Start: 1st of February at 3pm.
End: 3rd of February at 1pm.

Cause: following a software update of our API, a set of customers have been impacted by a 205 error when creating a direct debit or a refund. The issue was due to a missing configuration for those clients.

Solution: the configuration has been updated for the impacted clients. We are working also with the customers impacted to make sure that all the direct debits and the refunds they have created during this issue are properly handled.
