We would like to inform you that SlimPay will implement a Freeze Period starting from Monday, 16th December 2019 until Friday, 3rd January 2020 on our production environment.

What does it mean?.
During this period, no major change and non-essential activity will be made to the production environment.

This Freeze Period will ensure the service to operate as usual and aim to reduce risks associated to a change during the Christmas and New Year period.

Our technical team will only act in case of production issue.
