At Trustly, protecting your personal and sensitive data is our top priority. To comply with the latest industry security standards and to ensure the highest level of protection for our Dashboard environment, we are introducing Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
What is changing?
Starting from 01/06/2026, MFA will be required for all account logins.
If you already have MFA active: No action is required; your login process remains the same.
If you do not have MFA active: Upon your first login on or after June 1st, you will be automatically prompted to enter your mobile phone number to activate the MFA.
Why this matters
MFA adds a vital layer of security by requiring a second form of verification. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
How to prepare
You don't need to wait! You can activate MFA today and ensure a seamless login experience on June 1st, by following the instructions : MFA activation
