Dear Customers,

We are informing you of a technical incident that occurred following a system update on May 5, 2025, at 11:52 AM, which affected the notification URLs. This incident specifically concerned the links included in notifications sent after the mandate was signed. These links temporarily pointed to an incorrect address (a “.int” was added to all URLs), which may have disrupted the automation processes for retrieving mandate information in your information systems.

It is important to emphasize that this incident had no impact on the mandate signing process itself. The mandates were signed and recorded correctly.

This incident was resolved on May 6, 2025, at 10:26 AM.

To allow you to easily correct your information systems, we remind you that our API is available to extract all the necessary information. For example, information relating to a mandate can be retrieved at any time via a call to our "get-mandate" API. (https://dev.slimpay.com/hapi/reference/mandates#get-mandate)

Nous vous informons qu'un incident technique, survenu suite à une mise à jour de notre système le 5 mai 2025 à 11h52 a affecté les URL de notification. Cet incident concernait spécifiquement les liens inclus dans les notifications envoyées après la signature du mandat. Ces liens pointaient temporairement vers une adresse incorrecte (un “.int” a été ajouté à toutes les URL), ce qui a pu perturber les processus d'automatisation de la récupération des informations du mandat dans vos systèmes d'information.

Il est important de souligner que cet incident n'a eu aucun impact sur le processus de signature des mandats lui-même. Les mandats ont été signés et enregistrés correctement.

Pour vous permettre de corriger facilement vos systèmes d'information, nous vous rappelons que notre API est disponible pour extraire toutes les informations nécessaires.
