We want to inform you about a technical incident that occurred today, March 20, 2026, which temporarily impacted SMS delivery to Italy.
This incident caused a degradation in SMS deliveries between 3:41 PM CEST and 4:29 PM CEST. During this period, some messages sent to Italian recipients were not successfully delivered.

We're pleased to confirm that our teams, in collaboration with our provider, intervened quickly to resolve this situation. SMS deliverability to Italy has been fully restored since 4:42 PM CEST, and our services are now functioning normally.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused. We remain fully committed to monitoring our infrastructure to ensure the reliability and quality of our services.

It's important to note that any SMS messages sent during the specified period were not delivered.

Nous souhaitons vous informer d'un incident technique survenu ce jour, le 20 mars 2026, qui a impacté temporairement l'envoi de SMS à destination de l'Italie.

Cet incident a occasionné une dégradation des livraisons des SMS entre 15h41 CEST et 16h29 CEST. Durant cette période, une partie des messages envoyés vers des destinataires italiens n'a pas pu être acheminée.

Nous sommes heureux de confirmer que nos équipes, en collaboration avec notre prestataire, sont intervenues rapidement pour résoudre cette situation. La délivrabilité des SMS vers l'Italie est entièrement rétablie depuis 16h42 CEST, et nos services fonctionnent désormais normalement.

Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser pour tout désagrément que cette perturbation a pu occasionner. Nous restons pleinement mobilisés et continuons de surveiller nos infrastructures afin de garantir la fiabilité et la qualité de nos services.

Il est important de noter que les SMS concernés, envoyés pendant la période spécifiée, n'ont pas été acheminés.
